West Brom have had somewhat of a proactive month in the January transfer window.

Carlos Corberan has had to work with what he's got but has been able to bring in two new players albeit loanees. Andi Weimann who has experience of playing in the Premier League and the Championship arrived from league rivals Bristol City and offers some much-needed depth in attack. Last week Callum Marshall joined on a six-month loan deal from West Ham and has been prolific for their under-21s in the Premier League 2.

Despite the uncertainty over the club's ownership which has made transfers hard to conduct, there could be some business come deadline day from The Hawthorn's. It was hinted at by the manager that this isn't a moment to 'limit ourselves' whilst also discussing the difficulties of doing business this month.

Speaking on the window, Corberan said: "I think it is not a moment to limit ourselves right now. Is the market different to the summer market? Yes, because you have less time.

“In the winter market, it is the time you are playing games, you don’t have the international break until March, so it’s totally different. In summer you have 12 months in front to work with the players, in winter four months to work with the players.

“Do I see these as part of something to consider? Yes. Is it better to have a player with experience in England? I think so. Is it better the player speaks English? Yes, for his adaptation to the dressing room. Can you fix this? Yes, because we have players in the dressing room that speak French, and Spanish and staff that speak Spanish too.”
