Latest on Wolves star Matheus Cunha

Cunha is suspended for Wolves’ upcoming league clash against Nottingham Forest. Their boss Vitor Pereira has said: “We need to be ready to play with Cunha and without Cunha. We have to play as a team. We have players with different skills, different qualities, but we'll be ready.
“He knows that it was not a good reactions, but I look at a player not only as a player, I look at them as a human being, as a person, and sometimes, even me, I make mistakes. They are very consistent team, very fast in counter attack, very dangerous when the other teams lose balls and they are ready to go fast and with quality – with very good quality in transitions. It’s a consistent team, but if we are to win this game, we need to be at our best level.”
Wolves ace Cunha’s story so far

Wolves landed Cunha back in 2023 on an initial loan deal that was later made permanent. He has since found the net on 24 occasions in 55 outings and will be eager to add to his tally in their upcoming fixtures.
The Brazil international has 11 caps to his name and he has adapted well to life in England over recent campaigns. He has also had spells in the past at FC Sion, RB Leipzig and Atletico Madrid.
Arsenal and Manchester United could both see him as someone to boost their squads. However, his current club don’t intend to lose him.
