Jack Grealish has shocked fans after posting a snap seemingly in good health at England’s training ground after his epic three-day Treble bender. The 27-year-old, from Birmingham, and his Manchester City teammates became the second ever team to complete the treble this Saturday (10 June). Grealish played all 90 minutes in a 1-0 victory over Inter Milan, but did not appear short on energy as he managed to party for three days straight once the final whistle had blown.

During Manchester City’s bus parade this Monday 12 June, the Solihull-born star said he couldn’t remember sleeping since lifting the Champions League trophy. His celebrations were forced to a halt on Tuesday 13 June however, as England boss Gareth Southgate demanded his squad assemble at St George’s Park in preparation for the EURO 2024 qualifying matches.

Football fans were quick to write Grealish off for the two games against Malta and North Macedonia, with many (understandably) predicting his partying would have impacted his fitness. Jack seems to be a man of miracles however, as the former Aston Villa skipper has shared an update from England training, in which he looks fit and healthy as ever.

Posting to his 7.9 million Instagram followers, the England international wrote: “Good to be back with the boys 💙 @england”. The pictures included action shots of Grealish training alongside Man City teammates and fellow three lions representatives, Phil Foden, John Stones, Kyle Walker, and Kalvin Phillips, as well as cameos from Eberechi Eze, James Maddison, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Kieran Trippier, Tyrone Mings, and Sir Marcus Rashford.

Grealish’s fans were shocked to see the Brummie baller appearing in such good health after his drunken antics. One astonished Instagram user said: “How are you awake😭😭😭”. Another added: “😂😂😂 WOW THAT WAS A QUICK RECOVERY ARE YOU KIDDING”. A third user wrote: “Return to the England with a reading 89.9% Alcohol in his blood. Brilliant 😂”.

Although professional footballers are often condemned for having a drink and enjoying themselves, the response to Grealish’s antics has been surprisingly positive. Many fans have commended him for being down-to-earth and not worrying about what others think.
