The former Aston Villa captain has been on great form while celebrating Manchester City’s historic treble on and off the pitch

It’s been an incredible few days for England midfielder Jack Grealish.

Grealish has been celebrating after completing the treble with Manchester City, and capped things off with a hilarious three-day bender.

City paraded the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League trophies around the streets of Manchester on Monday evening after claiming the European Cup against Inter Milan on Saturday.

As always, the former Villa skipper Grealish was the star man during City’s treble celebrations and parade. After a brief celebration in Ibiza with the rest of the City squad and staff, the England midfielder stumbled onto the tram in Manchester, and was later filmed begging Bernardo Silva not to leave the team.

As he arrived at the buses and St Peter’s Square to celebrate, the 27-year-old, wearing a luminous high-vis jacket, was seen dancing for fans and trying to whip up the crowd, while he had champagne poured over his head by Erling Haaland when finally onboard the bus.

Speaking into the microphone on stage at St Peter’s Square in Manchester city centre, Grealish then said: “To be fair, I don’t think I’ve slept,” before Kalvin Phillips pours some Grey Goose into his mouth.

The Birmingham-born playmaker certainly enjoyed the party, and he has now met up with the rest of the England squad along with City’s other English players as Gareth Southgate’s men prepare to play Euro 2024 qualifiers this weekend.

Jack also revealed via text message that he is ‘in a world of pain’ ahead of England international duty this week.

The former player and pundit Jimmy Bullard revealed on talkSPORT that Grealish may be struggling with a bit of a hangover. Appearing on the Drive show, Bullard said:“I texted him earlier telling him I’m coming on talkSPORT etc, saying, ‘I love ya, good luck, how’s your three trophies?’”

Grealish has largely been praised for embracing City’s historic win, so we’ve taken a look at 12 of the best photos of Grealish during his club’s celebrations.
