West Brom 'keeping tabs' on 19-year-old following previous Spurs transfer links
TalkWBA, who along with source DOOD, have broken news such as the signing of Lewis Dobbin well before the mainstream media, are reporting that the Baggies have been in talks with the MLS outfit about signing the England youth international.

Hide AdTalkWBA added that West Brom are keeping tabs, but nothing is close or agreed. They say other targets are being prioritised as of now, and it's yet to be known whether a move will materialise.
Caleb Pongratz, an American journalist for Prost Soccer, said there have not been any 'formal' talks, but that West Brom are interested in the central midfielder. In a post on December 2023, Fabrizio Romano listed Buck as 'one to watch' and stated that clubs were showing an interest ahead of the January transfer window, with European and in particular' English clubs keen.
One of the clubs that were reportedly interested in signing Buck earlier this year was Spurs. According to Football.London back in January, Spurs had previously shown an interest, with a £6m fee mentioned.

Hide AdBuck was born in Arlington in Massachusetts, but is an England youth international. He was born in the USA to an English dad and an American mother, while he qualifies for Wales through his grandmother. He has played for the under-19 and under-20 teams, and has played alongside Brighton & Hove Albion star Jack Hinshelwood and Man United teenage sensation Kobbie Mainoo.
The 19-year-old is under contract at the Gillette Stadium until December 2025, but they have the option to extend that by a further year. He has a TransferMarkt value of €2.50m, but he is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Despite only turning 19 in April, Buck has already appeared 57 times for New England Revolution's first team. He has five goals and two assists, and this season he has featured for them 18 times.
