Hide AdSanson is not likely to see minutes at Villa Park this season, and he could now be sold due to the Turkish transfer window shutting later.
According to journalist Sacha Tavolieri, Galatasaray are interested in a move for the midfielder, who is keen on an exit.
The update comes after Sanson missed out on a late move to La Liga club Espanyol late in the window.
The former Marseille star initially joined Villa on a deal worth around £14million.

Hide AdLuiz swap offer
Villa are being linked with a swap deal involving midfielder Douglas Luiz.
Luiz is out of contract next summer, and he could yet leave the club for nothing, something Villa may well move to avoid.
To earn some sort of fee, Villa may opt to offload the Brazilian in January, and according to TuttoJuve, Villa are considering a swap deal involving Moise Kean.
Technically speaking, Kean belongs to Everton, but he is on a two-year loan with Juventus that has to be made permanent.
Juventus, according to the report, are not fully convinced, and they are backed to propose a swap deal to sign Luiz, with Kean going the other way.
