Alison Hammond has posted a picture of herself joyfully taking a swim in the sea.

Alison Hammond has shared a snap to Instagram of herself taking a dip in the sea. The This Morning presenter, 48, appeared joyful as she smiled with her hands in the air whilst donning a sleek red swimsuit.

The former Big Brother contestant has recently made substantial progress in the gym, and been commended for her impressive weight loss. She is quite right to proudly show off her hard work and enjoy her first of three May Bank Holiday Weekends. She captioned the post: “Sunday Mood !”

Her 1.3 million followers flooded the comments with support. One user wrote : “This was what I needed to see this morning! A picture of pure joy and happiness! ❤️🙌”.

Another added: “Always such an inspiration to us all , you are amazing xx”.

The upcoming bank holiday weekend may be even more fun for Alison, as she will be heading up to Manchester to host a unique street party on ITV’s Coronation Street to celebrate King Charles III’s Coronation. This Morning and Corrie will team up to provide the public with entertainment from outside the Rovers Return Inn.

The brummie queen also recently met with Prince William and Princess Kate on their visit to Birmingham. She played darts with the Prince of Wales, who explained to his other half that Alison is his ‘best mate’ due to their shared interest in Aston Villa.
