Alison Hammond has given a glimpse into the gruelling exercises she does in the gym to maintain her new svelte figure.

The This Morning presenter, 48, took to Instagram to share her latest workout with her over 1 million followers after recently unveiling the results of her dramatic weight loss.

She donned a black sweater and coordinating leggings, teamed with brightly coloured trainers for comfort while also wearing a fitness tracker to monitor her heart rate.

The TV legend, who is best known for interviewing celebrities, wore subtle makeup and let her hair flow naturally as she worked up a sweat.

In the clip, Alison can be seen performing several exercises, including a fast walk on the treadmill, battle ropes, and boxing on a punch bag.

She captioned the post, writing: “Get it done !! @luimancini @villagegym @ceri.powell #sundays”

Over 21,000 people liked the video of Alison’s intense workout with many taking to the comments to share words of encouragement.

Shaughna Phillips, a former Love Islander with over 1.4 million followers, commented: “Showing us how it’s done! 👏💪🏼”.

It’s no secret that the former Big Brother contestant is a hard worker, with her experience in the gym dating all the way back to 2009.

In 2020, Alison even labelled herself a ‘gym bunny’ in a post commending ITV weather presenter Alex Beresford on his gym progress.
