Birmingham motorcyclist dies in collision with two cars

Police are appealing for information after a motorcyclist died in a collision in Balsall Heath on Thursday (30 June).
Officers were called to Pershore Road at the junction of Speedwell Road shortly before 10am following reports of a collision involving a motorcyclist and two cars.

Hide AdThe motorcyclist, a man in his 20s, suffered serious injuries and he died at the scene.


The drivers of the Vauxhall Mokka and Volkswagen Golf stopped at the scene and are assisting with enquiries. The Pershore Road, between Priory Road and Belgrave Interchange, will be closed for some time while police investigate the collision.
West Midlands Police are appealing for information following the incident.
A statement from the force, read: “Anyone with dashcam footage or who witnessed the collision, but has not already spoken to us, is asked to contact us via Live Chat on our website or by calling 101. Please quote log number 1013-300622.”
