Birmingham-founded Cadbury's bring back axed favourite after 24 years in time for Christmas

This Cadbury’s chocolate bar hasn’t been seen on UK shelves since 2002.

Birmingham-founded chocolate giant Cadbury’s bring back a fan favourite that was axed 24 years ago in time for Christmas 2026.

The household name, which was founded in 1824 in Bournville, Birmingham, can often cause controversy among consumers when favourites are axed, new releases are launched or changes are made to classic flavours.

One fan favourite came to shelves in 2001.

But the Cadbury white chocolate ‘Dream’ bar was quickly removed from shelves in 2002, leading to much upset for lovers of the chocolate bar.

However, sweet lovers have been thrilled to see it arrive back on shelves on the UK with fans spotting it in high street B&M stores for just £2.99.

The bars have come from Australia where they are still manufactured along with New Zealand and South Africa.

Another fan favourite has arrived back in the UK in time for the festive season.

The mint chocolate Cadbury Twirl is also now available for £1.
