When is the Platinum Jubilee?
People across the country will have Thursday 2 June, and Friday 3 June off as a bank holiday to get a kick start on the celebrations.

Will Royal Mail deliver on the Jubilee bank holiday?
On Thursday 2 June and Wednesday 3 June, the Platinum Jubilee bank holidays, there will be no collections or deliveries.
Some Post Office branches may be open, but Royal Mail has confirmed that no parcels dropped off will be posted until the Monday after the Jubilee weekend.

- Friday 3 June - 9am - 6pm

How will Post Offices across the UK be commemorating the Jubilee?
Earlier in the year Royal Mail launched a special 50p to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II’s 70 year reign.
There were around 1.3 million put into circulation, and many people were excited about the potential of getting the collectable item.
