What is Brum-Wala Dhaba?

It was created by Indico’s head chef Gulsher Khan, with input from captain of the men’s team, Moeen Ali, and translates to Brum’s ‘streetside food shop’.

The dish is made of chicken cooked two ways – both grilled and simmered in a yoghurt masala-based curry. It is served with rice, roasted poppadom’s and a flatbread. Vegetarians can partake in a paneer version.
