Agent Beppe Acardi believes Wolves attacker Matheus Cunha would be ideal for AC Milan this summer. The Serie A giants have recently snapped up former Chelsea striker Alvara Morata.
Nevertheless, Acardi has said in an interview with TMW: “Morata is a good striker but he has never given me the impression of being a goalscorer. He is a player who works hard for the team but doesn’t score many goals.
“Milan needs another striker, a more prolific one who can guarantee a certain number of goals. A team that has to win must necessarily have more top-level strikers. The Rossoneri will continue to move, looking for a profile with an excellent scoring streak.
“The Milan management is so prepared that they know what to do. However, if I had to name a player, Wolverhampton’s Cunha would come to mind, the Brazilian – born in ’99 – gives me the impression of being a real goalscorer. The striker for the English and Brazilian national teams gives me the impression of someone who could be a good fit for Milan.”

Hide AdCunha, who is 25-years-old, is under contract at Molineux until June 2027 meaning Gary O’Neil’s side are under no pressure to cash in on him anytime soon.
He joined his current side in 2023 on an initial loan deal from Atletico Madrid before his switch was made permanent.
The Brazil international has since made 56 appearances in all competitions and has scored 16 goals, 14 of which came last term.
Cunha has also had spells in the past at FC Sion, RB Leipzig and Hertha Berlin in the past and has settled well in England.

"I really enjoy working with him and how he manages the group. I have learned a lot about how to manage hard situations. I have more appreciation for football with him."

Representatives of Fabio Silva are prioritising a move to Spain for him next, with Sevilla in La Liga a potential next destination, according to Spanish news outlet Estadio Deportivo. Wolves loaned the player out to Rangers for the second-half of last season.
He has fallen out of favour under O’Neil and most signs point towards an exit again in the near future.
The 22-year-old has struggled to make an impact since his transfer in 2020 and has also been sent away to Anderlecht and PSV.
