Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Bruno Lage has delivered his verdict on potential outgoings at the club before the transfer window shuts on September 1.

Hwang Hee-chan has recently been linked with a move to Leeds United whilst Willy Boly is said to be close to a switch to Nottingham Forest and Lage admits that he does think that we will see some players move on, though was understandably reluctant to share any names.

Speaking ahead of the visit of Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon, Lage was posed the question about outgoings at the club in his pre-match press conference.

“Anything can happen,” he explained. “We’ll decide what is best for the club and players.

“I think there will be (outgoings and incomings),” he added.

Out of the two names mentioned, a move for Boly is the one that has seemed the most likely in recent weeks, however, it’s one that doesn’t appear imminent as Lage confirmed that the Ivorian is currently training at Compton Park.

“We have everyone fit,” he said. “Everyone is training (including Boly).

“Connor Ronan played for U21s and is tired, so cannot be in the squad, but everyone else is fit.”
