Matheus Cunha’s stoppage time equaliser for Wolverhampton Wanderers in the 2-2 draw away at Brighton & Hove Albion was enough to earn a place in the latest Premier League team of the week.
The Brazilian attacker scored the vital goal to secure Wolves their second point of the 2024/25 season in dramatic fashion. No other Wanderers players have made it in the elite XI this week but Cunha’s 8.4 WhoScored rating couldn’t be bettered by anyone else in the top flight.
