Jermaine Pennant believes that his former club Birmingham City will break the record for the most accumulated in League One.
Wolves won the third division title with 103 points in the 2013/14 campaign, but with the squad that Chris Davies has at his disposal, some think that Birmingham could break that record. At the moment, they've got 22 points on the board from a possible 27, and there are 111 points to play for.

Unfortunately Birmingham suffered relegation in his first full season, but they were able to make a profit on Pennant, selling him to Liverpool for £6.7m.
The 41-year-old only had a brief playing experience in League One, playing for Bury in 2016, but made a positive assessment of the team that currently leads the way in the third tier.
"They're capable, because obviously for them to be in League One is a massive story in itself,” said Pennant to Football League World.
“They are, by far, the biggest club in League One and they've got top quality players.”

After their game against Cambridge United was postponed due to international call-ups, Birmingham resume their season when they travel to Sincil Bank to face Lincoln City at the weekend. With Birmingham’s record only blemished from their last result, the 24-time England under-21 international is predicting them to bounce back, and set more records.
He added: “At the moment, they've got seven wins out of nine so they're on course to be getting a massive points haul if they continue this trajectory.
"So if you was a betting man, it would be a good bet to put on for them to break that record and there's no reason why they cannot go and do that."
