Birmingham City will be looking to make it three wins from three this week as they host Cardiff City. The Blues head into the match off the back of victories over West Brom and Swansea City and look to have dramatically turned their form around after five successive defeats in the Championship.

John Eustace’s side will be brimming with confidence ahead of the clash at St. Andrew’s as they look to move into the top half of the table. A win could leave the prospect of the play-offs still a possibility for the Midlands outfit.

Reda Khadra
Reda Khadra was forced off in the second half against Swansea City after picking up a hamstring injury and missed out on the win over West Brom. On Friday night, Eustace said: “He was touch and go today, he had a fitness test earlier and was just not right.. Reda is not going to be a bad injury, hopefully, touch wood he is going to be available for the next two games coming up.”
Tuesday’s fixture could come too soon for Khadra, who is more likely to make his return against Huddersfield Town at the weekend. The German has scored twice since joining the club on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion last month.
Marc Roberts
Marc Roberts has been sidelined for over a month after pulling up with a hamstring problem in the first half of Blues’ defeat to Middlesbrough. The defender is yet to recover and Eustace confirmed he would be out for another few weeks ahead of last month’s clash with Blackburn, meaning he could potentially make his return in the next couple of games.

Manny Longelo wasn’t named in the matchday squad to face West Brom due to illness and remains a doubt for Tuesday’s game. He is likely to face a late fitness test but could be kept out of the team until the weekend.
Tate Campbell
Tate Campbell is another player struggling with a hamstring issue after failing to make an appearance for City since August. The 20-year-old was scheduled to make his comeback by the end of January, however it was reported that he wouldn’t return to training until today and is very unlikely to be fit for tomorrow’s game.
Jobe Bellingham
Jobe Bellingham has been sidelined since Blues’ defeat to Middlesbrough at the start of the year after straining a muscle in his stomach. Eustace revealed last week that the midfielder is a ‘couple of weeks away’, meaning he could return to the fold at the start of March.
