He chose to support Aston Villa during his school days, seeking a team that would provide an emotional rollercoaster rather than following the more popular clubs like Manchester United or Chelsea.

His dedication to the club is well-known, and he has been spotted at various Villa matches, including their historic Champions League win against Bayern Munich.

Laurence Brown, director of Brown’s CBD, commented on the findings: “Being a football fan is an emotional rollercoaster. The highs of seeing your team win are often accompanied by lows, such as stressful managerial changes or last-minute goals. For many fans, the stress of watching their team play is immense, especially during close matches or critical moments of a season.”

Brown advised fans to take breaks and practice mindfulness to manage stress: “If you find yourself getting overwhelmed by the sport, it’s important to take some time away to reset and gain perspective. Practice mindfulness and breathing exercises or go for a quick workout to help burn off stress.”
