Hundreds of protesters rally against Reform UK in Birmingham amid police presence
Hundreds of anti-racism protesters gathered outside the Utilita Arena in Birmingham as Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party held a major rally in the city on Friday night.
The protest was orchestrated by the group Stand up to Racism via social media and people travelled from across the country to attend.

Hide AdReform UK, currently dealing with internal divisions, is focused on upcoming local elections in May—though Birmingham itself will not hold elections until next year.
Around 300 demonstrators chanted and waved banners, closely monitored by a heavy police presence.
Many attendees wore Union Jack-themed clothing and Reform scarves as they waited for Farage to take the stage.
The protest later moved to Centenary Square, where speeches and music highlighted concerns that Reform UK’s rhetoric could fuel division.
