The Late Night Lycett presenter, 34, however, saw this as an opportunity to have some fun. He imitates Drew by stepping outside into the Birmingham drizzle, giving a somewhat different feel to her video which is filmed in the hills of Hollywood.

Joe gave his post a simple caption, asking his followers: “Who wore it best?”

The brummie comedian, born in Hall Green, racked up over 70,000 likes on the post he shared with his 1.3 million followers. A selection of his fans responded to the video and expressed their frustrations toward typical British weather in the comments.

One user commented: “Oh wait... we live in England 😅😅 Drew would have plenty of opportunities here.”

Another added: “It’s been 6 weeks, am I allowed to actually go back inside or…”

A brummie Lycett fan said: “You killed it. When everyday is an opportunity it loses a bit of its impact! #birmingham”.

The final episode of the comic’s immensely successful chat show, Late Night Lycett, aired on Friday (April 28). Lycett has been praised for filming his show in Digbeth, Birmingham, providing opportunities for locals who have struggled to get into the TV industry because they don’t live near the Capital.

Guests on the show have included fellow brummie and TV legend, Alison Hammond, alongside features from Gemma Collins, Katherine Ryan, and many more.
