ITV recently announced the show would be returning to our screens this year, which stirred rumours that Alison would be presenting it.

On Monday’s episode (17 April) of This Morning, the Brummie presenter made a huge announcement during the live broadcast.

Many hoped this would be Alison confirming her return to Big Brother, but she instead stated that this would not be the case.

The announcement turned out to be an invite to a unique street party on Coronation Street, as the adored soap-opera and breakfast show are set to join forces for one day only.
