M&S to remove traditional price tags from stores: here's why
Stores will be fitted with Bluetooth-enabled electronic shelf labels
M&S has announced that they plan to remove traditional price tags from stores in an effort to modernise.
The store plans to introduce retail technology giant Vusion’s connected store platform.
This will mean stores will be fitted with Bluetooth-enabled electronic shelf labels.

The update means instead of old school paper labels on the shelves M&S shoppers will now see mini e-paper screens that updates prices via the cloud.
Roy Horgan, CEO at Vusion, said: “We are pleased to be working with M&S as it continues to invest in its store estate and colleague experience.”
