Liberty Poole's Birmingham in 8 pictures: The Love Island All Star contentestant's favourite spots in the city

Birmingham-born Liberty Poole has returned to the popular ITV dating show for its winter instalment Love Island: All Stars this January.

The new series of the show got underway last night (Monday, January 15), and Liberty, who was also a contestant on Dancing on Ice in 2022, initially appeared in the Love Island villa during series 7 when she was coupled up with Jake Cornish who has also returned to the show this year.

Since being voted out of Dancing on Ice in 2022, Poole, has created a successful career for herself in the spotlight as an influencer. She has also posted some of her favourite Birmingham nightspots on her Instagram page.

After Love Island, the Birmingham City University student became a brand ambassador for fashion label InTheStyle as well with Skinny Tan and Boux Avenue. Since then, she’s created a podcast called Kaz & Lib and started a mini IGTV [Instagram TV] series called Second Skin.

And as she's a proud Brummie, we've decided to take a look at some of Liberty's top Birmingham nightspots based on her social media pages. Let's take a look:

1. Club Paradiso, Bullring

The outdoor pop up bar Club Paradiso opened in summer 2023 and was a great option for those wanting a bit of a party atmosphere in the sun. Liberty attended the opening of the outdoor bar in the summer.

2. Park Playground VR, Brindleyplace

Park Playground - the virtual reality experience for families and friends to enjoy in groups in Brindleyplace has proved popular since opening in the summer. Liberty was pictured at the venue in June

3. Tonight Josephine, Burlington Arcade

If the word fabulous was a bar, Tonight Josephine would be it! Draped in pink, glitter and neon signs it makes for a colourful and enjoyable night out with its delightful cocktails. Liberty is pictured at the bar in March 2022

4. Bill's, Bullring

A great city centre spot for breakfast, afternoon tea, Bill's is great for casual dining with a homey and cosy feel.

5. Bank restaurant & Bar, Brindleyplace

Liberty visited the uber chic bar and restaurant on the square in Brindlyplace back in the summer of 2022, proudly sporting her red top which on heaps of praise from fans.

6. Shein pop up at the Bullring & Grand Central

Liberty is renowned for her fashion looks and she posted a super glam picture at a SHEIN pop up store at the Bullring in March 2023, telling fans: "Little bit of retail therapy in my hometown."

7. Slug and Lettuce, Brindleyplace

Slug and Lettuce in Brindleyplace is known for its great cocktail list and contemporary decor and is a key nightlife destination in Birmingham. Liberty has mentioned it was one of her city favourites to visit with friends in interviews.

8. Lulu Wild, Brindleyplace

The popular Chinese restaurant and cocktail is a wonderful hang out to spend time with friends wtih fantastic instagram spots, amazing food and drinks and great music.

Love Island: All Stars is the eleven series of the popular ITV show - but this is the first time that former contestants from previous series have been featured. Maya Jama has returned to present the episodes with Ian Stirling returning as narrator. You can catch the show on ITVX, with the launch show shown on ITV early this week.
