Exclusive: Joe Lycett reveals his five favourite restaurants and bars in Birmingham

Ahead of his new Sky show the United States Of Birmingham, Birmingham World spoke exclusively with Joe Lycett about his love of his home town and his favourite places to eat

North America is home to no fewer than eighteen Birminghams - stretching from Canada’s Saskatchewan province, down the East Coast, through the Midwest and into the Deep South.

Joe Lycett’s new series explores the history of these different Birminghams.

The series launches on April 22 on Sky Max, and ahead of the series we spoke to Joe about the show as well as his favourite places to eat in the city.
