Local care home hosts a health and wellbeing event

Taking place between 10:00-13:00 guests,residents and our community will be able to get all their health and wellbeing checks and get advised all together as we have Specsavers coming in to do hearing tests,ear care, eye consultations, and advisory blood pressure checks done by our senior carers.

Zara Friend, General Manager at Fountains Care Home said: “I’m excited about welcoming new visitors and existing friends of the home to our Health and Wellbeing event. We know it can be hard to get appointments and to where you need to attend so we have organised a day where everything can be done in together”

Fountains care home is run by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers, which is committed to delivering personalised care across its care homes and hospitals. Fountains Care Home provides residential care and dementia care for 80 residents from respite care to long term stays.
