A hidden pub in the woods of Derbyshire is a secret treat that people can explore this festive season.
The name says it all - The Pub In The Woods in Ashbourne - is a quirky, quaint space channelling cosy Christmas vibes offering hours of fun to people of all ages.

Due to limited availability, pre-booking is highly recommended.

The website says: ‘This is totally outdoors so please dress for the weather!
‘We cannot stress enough, wear thermals, jumpers, coats, hats, gloves, blankets.
‘We cannot control the Great British weather and it gets cold and wet at night, even in summer!’

Hide AdAlthough it has been an outdoor activity centre for over 30 years, its offshoot entertainment including the hospitality pub aspect is equally as enthralling.
The business has been going strong since a pandemic-related pivot. The Pub In The Woods website says: ‘As a result of a change in normal life following the arrival of Coronavirus, we decided to make the most of what we have - lots and lots of outdoor space and a love for socialising.
‘We are lucky enough to have our very own wood and we figured it was time to share it with a wider audience.
