What is the concept behind Atelier?

It will be open only a few nights a week for a handful of guests each evening, and with each menu available for a limited time so that guests can expect a constantly evolving experience. Since it is a workshop and a studio, creative freedom lies at the heart of the bar.

It is Wood’s personal creative space to explore his ideas and interests, and the bar seats only 26 people. Each menu will be available for 8 to 12 weeks. Terroir will be the first menu at Atelier, available three nights a week - Thursday to Saturday - from September 22 to November 12.

This menu is a celebration of the native pantry of the British Isles, with three distinctive experiences on offer.
