Wolves will be looking to bring in some new signings this summer

Wolves turned to Vitor Pereira as their manager earlier this season after their decision to sack Gary O’Neil. He has since done an impressive job with the Midlands outfit. The Portuguese head coach has managed to guide them away from relegation trouble with comfort.

The Midlands have been linked with a few players already ahead of the summer. Liverpool winger Harvey Elliott has been mentioned as a potential target, as has ex-Arsenal attacker Nicolas Pepe at Villarreal. In addition, they are also said to be keen on Borrusia Monchengladbach striker Tim Kleindienst.

It appears attacking reinforcements are on their agenda in the upcoming transfer window. Wolves will get the chance to bolster their ranks in a couple of months’ time. They will also get the opportunity to let some players leave.

We have asked AI (Grok) to predict some signings that Wolves could make. Here was the response...

Wolves potential signings predicted by AI

Samuel Lino (Atlético Madrid, Left Winger). The 25-year-old can play as either a winger or wing-back if needed and would give Wolves more competition and depth in their squad. He has been on the books at Atletico Madrid since 2022 after they signed him from Gil Vicente for a bargain of just £5.5million. The Brazilian has also been loaned out to Valencia in the past.

Troy Parrott (AZ Alkmaar, Striker). He moved to AZ Alkmaar on a permanent basis last year and has since become one of their most prized assets. If he joined Pereira’s side, he would give them another option to pick from at the top end of the pitch. He has scored 20 goals in 45 games in all competitions this season, 14 of which have come in the Eredivisie.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin (Everton, Striker). His future at Everton is up in the air at the moment. The forward’s contract expires at the end of next month and he is yet to put pen-to-paper on an extension. That means he is due to become a free agent as things stand and can weigh up his options.

Wolves possible exits predicted by AI

We also asked to predict some exits. Here was the response...

Matheus Cunha. Wolves’ main man is likely to attract attention from elsewhere. He has a £60million release clause after penning his latest deal earlier this year. It is yet to be known whether they will be able to keep hold of him and if he did leave, they would need to find an adequate replacement.

Pablo Sarabia. The winger is a useful player to have in and around the dressing room. At the age of 32, he is vastly experienced and has proved to be a solid option. However, his deal runs out in a matter of weeks and he is due to become available for nothing unless something changes soon.

Fabio Silva. His move to England just hasn’t worked out and Wolves could do with cutting ties with him permanently. He was snapped up from FC Porto as a youngster but hasn’t been able to hit the ground running. Currently out on loan at Las Palmas, he seems unlikely he will ever be in Pereira’s plans.
