The Estoril star is expected to sign a long-term contract with Wolves and will become the club’s eleventh Portuguese arrival.

Chiquinho will cost Wolves an initial fee of £3 million with an extra £1.25 million in appearances-based add-ons.

The winger will be Bruno Lage’s second January signing after the £500,000 capture of Hayao Kawabe from Grasshoppers.

Chiquinho’s current club, Estoril, is the same side that Wolves purchased Toti Gomes from in 2020.
