Luton Town could be without up to 10 players for their Premier League clash with Wolves this weekend.

Wolves must first play AFC Bournemouth at Molineux on Wednesday night as they navigate through their own injury crisis. Gary O’Neil is without four players at least with another four doubtful.

Their weekend clash with the Hatters on Saturday though could see both clubs without several key players. Only Manchester United and Newcastle United have more absentees than Luton at the minute.

Four players; Tom Lockyer, Marvelous Nakamba, Jacob Brown and Amari’i Bell will play no further part this season. Lockyer suffered a cardiac arrest against Bournemouth in December and for the time being his career is on pause as he awaits further medical testing.

Nakmba has been out injured since December with a knee injury. He had only returned against Man City following a brief lay-off.

Jacob Brown is out with a knee injury also. An operation was required because of an issue in the cartilage in his knee which came about in training.

Amari’i Bell is another that required an operation. Bell’s was a hamstring injury that Rob Edwards admitted that would likely put him out for the campaign.

Dan Potts' season isn’t completely over but it was a race against time for him. He’s yet to play this season having spent a long time out with injury.

Mads Andersen is facing a similar story. He returned to his native Denmark to step up his rehabilitation from a calf injury that has had him out for most of the second half of the season.

Elijah Adebayo and Chiedozie Ogbene are both making a push to be involved in their final few fixtures. Saturday’s fixture comes too soon for the two players out with thigh injuries but the clash against Everton on Friday, May 3 is a possibility.

Right-back Issa Kabore is contending with an ankle injury and will need to be assessed. Reece Burke was limited to 45 minutes against Brentford because of illness.
