Bruno Lage’s side sit 17th in the table after winning just one of their opening seven league games, drawing three and losing three.
Wolves have struggled in front of goal so far this season, netting just three times - the joint-lowest in the Premier League.
Lage bolstered his attacking options this summer with the arrivals of Sasa Kalajdzic, Hwang Hee-chan, Goncalo Guedes and most-recently Diego Costa.

The former made his debut for the Old Gold against Southampton on September 3, but sustained a season-ending anterior cruciate ligament injury during the first half leading to him being replaced at the break.
With the international break coming to an end this week, we take a look at early team news for Wolves ahead of their clash with the Hammers on Saturday…
Nathan Collins - Suspended
The centre-back will miss the Old Gold’s next three league games after receiving a straight red card for his tackle on Jack Grealish during Wolves’ defeat to City.

The striker missed Wolves’ opening two league games due to a knee injury, but did feature in their following three fixtures. He hasn’t played since the club’s 0-0 draw with Bournemouth at the end of August and is expected to be out for a few weeks.

Diego Costa - potential debut
The 33-year-old could make his debut for the Old Gold on Saturday if match fit. The loss to City was too soon for him to feature, but given the international break and several training sessions since joining, there’s a possibility he may make an appearance.
