Former Wolves forward Adam Le Fondre has his future all mapped out after landing a new job whilst still being an active footballer.
Le Fondre, who is due to turn 38 in December, is currently playing in the Northern League Premier for FC United of Manchester. He became a free agent this summer after his contract at Scottish Premiership side Hibs wasn't renewed, and opted to drop in to the non-league.

He has been appointed as a video scout for CFG, who are responsible for the running of clubs such as Man City, Girona, New York City, and many more.
The role will see ALF tasked with identifying the stars of the future. It will be the first job on what is Le Fondre’s journey of hopefully becoming a head of recruitment at a football club.
“I’m not deluded, I understand I won’t play forever,” admitted Le Fondre in an interview with the Reading Chronicle earlier this month.
“That’s why I’m making plans for my post-football career.
“I have a job lined up, ready to transition into a new career because there are still 30 to 40 years ahead of me, if not more. I’m hopeful that I’ll soon start a scouting role with The City Group, focusing on emerging talent, which is something that excites me.

Le Fondre has already crossed paths with the City Football Group having played for Mumbai City in 2020. For those that need reminding of Le Fondre's contribution to Wolves, he joined when Kenny Jackett was in charge, and scored three goals in 30 games during a loan spell from Cardiff City.
He is most remembered for his time with Reading, in which he scored 41 goals in 110 games. Le Fondre boasts one of the best goals to games ratio in Premier League history. The other teams in his career include Stockport County, Rochdale, Rotherham United, Bolton Wanderers, Wigan Athletic, and Sydney.
