West Brom-linked Adam Devine joins Queen’s Park

Rangers right-back Adam Devine, who has been linked with a move to West Brom this winter, has joined Queen’s Park on loan. The 21-year-old will spend the rest of the season with the Spiders.

Their Director of Football Darren O’Donnell has said: “I’m delighted to have secured Adam on loan from Rangers. He had offers to play elsewhere, however he believes Queen’s Park is the right move for him. Adam comes with first team experience and I’m sure he’ll fit right into the team for the remainder of the season.”

Meanwhile, Head Coach Callum Davidson added: “I’m delighted to secure Adam’s services for the second half of the season. He strengthens our defensive options, which was an area I was keen to boost during this window. I’m pleased the club has managed to complete the paperwork in time for Adam to be included in the squad for today’s game at Airdrie.”

Sunderland eye Jayden Danns

Sunderland are hoping to win the race to land Liverpool striker Jayden Danns on loan, as per The Northern Echo. The Black Cats are looking to sign the attacker on a temporary basis to boost their striking department.

Danns, 19, has risen up through the academy ranks at Anfield and has been a regular for the Reds at various different youth levels to date. He has made nine competitive appearances for the Merseyside outfit so far and has chipped in with three goals.

The teenager has never left Liverpool and would benefit from getting some senior football. Sunderland are in the top six along with West Brom.

Fulton has been on the books of the Swans since joining them back in 2014 from Falkirk. He has since played over 250 games for them altogether and has been a good servant.

The Bolton-born man still has over a year left on his deal. He was handed his last extension back in 2023 and their manager at the time, Russell Martin, said: “Jay has been such a big player for us this season, both on and off the pitch.

“He’s a brilliant pro and a great character. He’s also really flexible in terms of his positioning on the pitch, he’s done a few things for us this season and each one he has done with unbelievable commitment and dedication.

“He’s a really good player to have here, he cares deeply about the club and the city. He was really keen to stay here, and we were really keen to get it all done so I’m pleased it’s sorted.”
