Hide AdQPR claimed a shock 2-1 win over league leaders Leicester City on Saturday with Ilias Chair and Sinclair Armstrong on target for the Hoops. Marti Cifuentes' men are now outside of the drop zone but only on goal difference with four teams on 38 points and both Blackburn Rovers and Millwall just a point higher on 39.
This is the second of three West Brom matches that will be shown consecutively on Sky Sports. Their win against Coventry City was on TV and so will their match against Huddersfield Town on Sunday.
West Brom beat QPR 2-0 at The Hawthorn's in the reverse fixture back in November with Brandon Thomas-Asane and Diangana on target in the second-half. Here's the latest injury and team news from both camps ahead of Wednesday's clash.
West Brom team news
Conor Townsend felt something in his hamstring just after the hour mark against Coventry. It is hoped that it is just fatigue and Carlos Corberan was told that he had some tiredness, but he will undergo further medical evaluation to assess the problem.

Hide AdBrandon Thomas-Asante and Matt Phillips are expected to return back to the fold after the international break. Phillips could return to light training next week and then the intensity of training would increase ahead of their return to action. Maja will be training with the Baggies, and he is the player that West Brom are most optimistic about with his injury. As for Thomas-Asante, they need to know a bit more about his injury, which is a hamstring issue he sustained in late February.
Daryl Dike is sidelined for the rest of 2024 after re-rupturing his Achilles, an injury that put him out for eight months the last time. Jayson Molumby is expected to miss the rest of the campaign after undergoing sugery for a foot injury. Former Liverpool defender Martin Kelly is the same as he damaged his calf playing for the under-21s.
Out: Brandon Thomas Asante, Daryl Dike, Jayson Molumby, Martin Kelly, Matt Phillips. Doubt: Conor Townsend.
QPR team news
QPR's injury situation is pretty good right now with the manager reporting a clean bill of health. Jack Colback is the only player missing and that is through suspension. The defensive midfielder has picked up ten bookings this season, resulting in a two-match ban as per EFL disciplinary rules.
Out: Jack Colback
