West Bromwich Albion’s search for a first win of the Championship season goes on as they drew 0-0 with Cardiff City on Wednesday evening.

Semi Ajayi went closest to winning the game in stoppage time when he rose highest to connect with a Callum Robinson cross but Cardiff keeper Ryan Allsop was able to keep him out superbly.

It’s four games and just three points to the name of the Baggies to start 2022/23 who sit in the relegation zone following the conclusion of the midweek fixtures.

Frustration is already beginning to mount among some of the Albion faithful who have had their say following the match on Wednesday night.

Here’s a snippet as to what some have been saying.

@danwba_: ‘Bruce out.’

@wbafc_andy: ‘4 games, no wins and we’re in the relegation zone.’

@LeeRGreenwood89: ‘That was so poor. Nowhere near the same intensity or quality on the ball as the Watford or Sheff Utd games.’

@JackRubes93: ‘Getting absolutely nowhere with Bruce. New striker or not we still have the quality on the books to beat a Cardiff team. Bruce can go and Livermore can go with him.’

@albion_gaming: ‘Unacceptable start to this season.’

@BlakeCalum: ‘Crap! How long has he got, because our form since he took over is awful...’

@MattyRuffy: ‘Someone start a gofundme page for a striker #wba.’

@AnalystFootie: ‘Same frustrations as last season. Problem is all 3 of Swift, Wallace & Grady are coming to feet rather than getting in behind - managerial decision? JS looks quiet, JW average today, Grady looking much better. Please never play JL again and for the love of Christ sign a ST.’
