Taking a look at how Aston Villa and the other 19 Premier League clubs compare for average ball possession totals throughout the 2022/23 season.

Keeping a high possession total is becoming all the more important in the Premier League as the beautiful game continues to develop.

From Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City to Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool, the champions and title challengers of recent years are all capable of maintaining high pass totals.
