It might still be early days but the Championship is once again living up to its old cliche of one of the most competitive divisions in the world.
Everyone can beat everyone and that has shown more than ever in the opening month or so of the 2022/23 season.
Reading and Bristol City who were vastly tipped to be down the bottom end of the table have started on fire and see themselves sat in the play-offs.
And on the other hand, you’ve got teams like West Brom and Huddersfield Town who were largely expected to be pushing in the top six as a minimum and yet both have just one win to their name from the opening eight fixtures.
Even Birmingham City who most were predicting to go down without a fight have found wins easier to come by.
It’s safe to say it’s going to be another turbulent campaign and the supercomputer has already been re-programmed several times in the last few weeks as it attemps to predict what the final league table will look like come May.
In reverse order from 24th to prospective champions, here’s what FiveThirtyEight believe the Championship table will look like at the end of the year.
