Birmingham boss John Eustace is reportedly of ‘interest’ to rivals West Brom, as detailed in a report by the Express & Star. He has done an impressive job since taking over from Lee Bowyer over the summer and his side have lost just once in their last eight games in the league.

Manchester United loan man Hannibal has been a hit since joining in the last transfer window. The young midfielder especially stood out last Sunday in the 2-0 away win at Hull City. He is enjoying life in the Championship and has told the official club website:

“It is crazy, we can see that there is something - a good connection between the players and the fans. We need to keep going like this because it helps us a lot.

“It is positive, the more we improve, then we want do more. The more we are positive, the more we have character, we can see that the fans are following us. We keep going like this and, hopefully, we can show more and more every game.”

West Brom remain in the hunt for a new manager to replace Steve Bruce and currently have Richard Beale in caretaker charge. According to a rpeort by Football Insider, they are in ‘talks’ with former Chelsea and Derby County assistant Jody Morris regarding their managerial vacancy.

Gary Rowett has heaped praise on Millwall player Jed Wallace ahead of their clash tomorrow and has told the Southwark News: “Even in a difficult start to the season for West Brom, he’s proved to be one of their main players straight away. My focus will be on trying to win the game and making him very unhappy at the end of it ideally, but he’s a good lad and I’m sure there’ll be a lot of people wanting to say hello to him at the end.”
