Sevilla were said to have held an option to extend Drammeh's contract by a further year, but if they have decided not to take it up then that would free up the three EFL teams to sign him for nothing.
Birmingham and Sunderland are said to have held an interest in signing Drammeh since December. Diario de Sevilla reported in January that the Black Cats had an offer turned down for Drammeh. Cardiff City have since joined the race with their interest reported by Football Insider in May.

Wayne Rooney was in charge when Drammeh was linked with a move to St Andrew's and a move was not pursued when Tony Mowbray was appointed. It is unclear whether Chris Davies would be interested in pursuing a move for the forward, but given his availability, he could be regarded as a low-risk signing.
