A sixth straight League One away fixture sells out for Birmingham City.

Birmingham City will be backed by another sold out away end when they travel to Mansfield Town later this month.

Blues were given an allocation of 1,698 tickets for their trip to Field Mill on Saturday, October 26, and those tickets have been snapped up. Tickets only went on sale on Monday, and worked their way down to Gold Away Travel Members.

For those that have missed out on a ticket, fear not as the game will be broadcast on Sky Sports+. If you are a Sky Sports subscriber, it’s easy to access the channel, as you just need to press the red button, or search for the club on your TV guide.

In the four away matches Birmingham have played in the league this season, they've taken a total of 8,231 supporters, with an average away following of 2,337, the best in the league.

The biggest following of any club so far in League One this season was the 3,911 Stockport County fans who were at Blackpool in August. Newly promoted Wrexham took 3,800 fans to Bolton Wanderers. Birmingham’s largest away following so far is the 3,105 at Charlton Athletic a fortnight ago.

Chris Davies' men are on the road this weekend, when they take on Lincoln City. Tickets were sold out in just two days, and 1,753 fans will be making the rip to Sincil Bank. Birmingham’s presence at Lincoln will put them just 14 supporters shy of 10,000 in their opening five league away matches.

The sell out of the Mansfield Town come fixture comes after changes were made. To ensure that supporters who have travelled to the most games get tickets, it has been decided that from the Mansfield game onwards, they will be all ticket, and so it is unlikely that anyone will be able to buy them on the day of the game. For the Lincoln City match, 10% of those who are making the trip will be required to pick up their tickets from club stewards.
