Aston Villa return to Premier League action this weekend as they face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the Saturday evening kick off

Aston Villa are enjoying a fine resurgence under Unai Emery, as the club looks to move into the top half of the Premier League this weekend.

Villa head to Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea on Saturday night, with both sides level on 38 points after 27 games each.

26 of the points picked up by the Villa Park outfit have come since Emery was appointed in November, with only four sides picking up more in that time.

Bar a shock loss to Stevenage in the FA Cup, Villa fans have enjoyed better times under the former Arsenal and Sevilla manager.
