Eleven!

Netflix series Stranger Things is probably the hottest show out there at the minute and lead actor Millie Bobby Brown has become one of the biggest names in the industry.

The 18-year-old burst onto the scene with her depiction of ‘Eleven’ back in 2016 and she as a character and Stranger Things as a show has only grown bigger and bigger since.

Although filmed in America and portraying a young American girl, Brown was born to English parents and spent most of her childhood in the UK before eventually moving to Orlando, Florida at eight-years-old.

And like many young English kids, she became a huge fan of the country’s biggest sport, football - predominantly Liverpool.

She may be royalty to many right now but sadly unlike a member of the actual royal family, she doesn’t support Aston Villa.

With that said, she does have a little connection to Villa as she revealed that current manager Steven Gerrard was a huge influence in her ‘falling in love’ with football and in particular, the Reds.

In an interview with Liverpoolfc.com back in 2017, Brown explained all.

“My family have been big supporters and fans since I was very young,” she said.

“So I started to love them gradually and watching the games to kind of understand what everyone was doing, and my brother was a big part of that.

“He started telling me about Steven Gerrard when he was playing and I started falling in love. So it was a big moment in my life.”

Maybe her fondness of the manager can sway her away from the upside down and become a member of the claret and blue family!
