Aston Villa and Manchester United legend Dwight Yorke has urged the two clubs to work together to send Harry Maguire to Villa Park.
The Red Devils defender is embroiled in a transfer saga as clubs head into the final weeks of the summer transfer window with an apparent move to West Ham United having fallen through.

It has been widely reported that the England international could leave the club in search of greater playing time and Manchester United had accepted a £30 million bid from West Ham. However, the Red Devils have promised not to force Maguire out of the club and that deal fell through due to a lack of interest from the star.
The BBC reported that a source close to Maguire said that while he "respects West Ham and David Moyes" there was "never an agreement in place" over personal terms.
They added: "Harry remains settled at United, loves the club and believes he will get plenty of opportunities to play this season."

Yorke, who made 255 appearances for the Villains and 152 for Manchester United, told OLBG: “Harry Maguire would be a good fit for Aston Villa now Tyrone Mings is out for a while. Aston Villa is a big club, a bigger club than West Ham so they can attract Maguire. But there is a certain way Unai Emery will want to play and there might be a player he has lined up already that we don't know about. Maguire should be the option for Aston Villa to look out for."
