Final Premier League table predicted after latest shock results: Aston Villa bottom half, Arsenal pip Spurs, Everton safe

It’s heating up at the top and bottom of the Premier League as we enter the final stretch

Matchday 31 of 38 of the 2021/22 Premier League campaign brought with it some of the biggest and most surprise results to date - results that could really shape the outcome of the entire season.

Brentford rocked up to Stamford Bridge and put four past Chelsea, Wolves beat Aston Villa in the West Midlands derby, Crystal Palace put three without reply past Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur thumped Newcastle United.

The only two real constants were Manchester City and Liverpool extending their gap in the top two as the rest fall further away.

But whilst the title is a two horse race, the quest for European football and Premier League survival is far from that.

Wolves all but ended Villa’s slim hopes of European football on Saturday but there’s still so much to play for from fourth all the way to down tenth.

Those final two relegation spots, too? They could go right down to the final day.

Here’s how the latest supercomputer has the final league table looking come May 22nd.

The only two real constants were Manchester City and Liverpool extending their gap in the top two as the rest fall further away.
