Everything Aston Villa fans need to know about the NHS COVID Pass ahead of Burnley clash
Aston Villa supporters must present a NHS COVID Pass before entering Villa Park for next weekend’s clash with Burnley.
Individuals who have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine can obtain the pass.
People who are unvaccinated can still obtain the pass if they present proof of a negative lateral flow test or a positive PCR test result in the past six months.
The new rule was included in an array of new restrictions and mitigations designed to combat the spread of the Omicron Covid-19 variant.
Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, said the requirement to produce the NHS COVID Pass at all venues where there are more than 10,000 people will begin on Wednesday December 15, 2021.
How do Aston Villa fans apply for a vaccine passport in England?
People living in England can download their own personal NHS COVID Pass via the NHS App or the online NHS COVID Pass service.
