The report claims that as well as Juventus, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain - who are favourites to sign the World Cup winner — Newcastle and Aston Villa are also monitoring his situation.

It comes after Pogba expressed disappointment at his five year spell in Manchester.

He said: “The last five seasons have not satisfied me – really not at all.

“This year it is dead, we won’t win anything. Whether it is with Manchester United or at another club, I want to win trophies.”

Bissouma interest

Elsewhere, Villa have been put on high alert after one of their key January transfer targets has made his intentions clear that he’s ready to leave his current club in the summer.

That’s according to 90min who claim Yves Bissouma has indicated to Brighton that he wants to be able to move on during the next transfer window.

Villa boss Steven Gerrard identified Bissouma as one of his number one targets early doors during his tenure at Villa Park as he looked to strengthen the midfield following the loss of Marvelous Nakamba to injury.
