Villa are said to be standing firm over Douglas Luiz amid intense interest this summer.

Luiz could well be offloaded a year before his contract expires, but Villa are not interested in losing him on the cheap.

According to UOL via SportWitness, the Lions won’t allow the midfielder to leave for any less than their value of £30.1million.

The report comes amid talk of interest from a number of clubs, with AC Milan said to be the most interested.
