Aston Villa vs Everton team news: Unai Emery makes one change in Premier League

Premier League action is back at Villa Park following the international break and today’s hosts will be confident of making it three wins out of four to continue their fine start to the new season.
Emery’s men have a 100 per cent record on the road so far this term with wins at West Ham United and Leicester City, but the only home clash - against Arsenal - ended in a 2-0 defeat.
