Brazillion footballer and Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz, 25, has been living it up in his home country before returning to the Birmingham and the West Midlands for the new football season. Luiz, who dated Aston Villa WSL player Alisha Lehmann, 24, may not have an equally large social media following but he is a style icon in himself.

The footballer, whose career began with Vasco da Gama club, has also played for Manchester City before signing with Villa, where he is set to return as part of Unai Emery’s squad for the new season.

Luiz and Lehmann dated for a year after meeting at the Birmingham club. She gave up her rented penthouse to move in with Luiz, who lives in a £1.5million five-bed house in Sutton Coldfield, according to the Sun. Even though the couple reportedly split up, Lehmann posted a video of her travelling in Brazil three weeks ago. It is not known if they are in a relationship again.
