The heartbroken family of the 26-year-old father-of-five have released a tribute to him. Ethan’s mother said: “My beautiful boy, how can this be happening? You are my whole world. You leave behind five children and 10 siblings who are hurting so bad.

“Life will never ever be the same. Love you more than life itself.  Devastated doesn’t even come close. Son, you'll never be forgotten. Fly high sweetheart, we love you.”

A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: "We do not believe any other vehicles were involved in the collision. However, we are still urging anyone with information that could help our investigation to call us on 101 or e-mail [email protected] quoting log number 232 of 20 September.  Our thoughts remain with Ethan’s family, friends and loved one at this sad time."
